   1. FINANCE - Mr. Behanna
      1. Ratify the actions of the Borough Manager in paying the December 2007 2002 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund totaling $128,327.14, Capital Projects Fund totaling $131,225.94, General Fund - EFT Utility Payments totaling $12,963.16, Payroll Account totaling $152,127.62, Educational Service Agency totaling $3,724.70, Purchasing Card totaling $428.53 and other bills on the bill sheet totaling $274,069.76.
      
      
      2. Approve payment of January 2008 invoices from the General Fund totaling $72,667.24.
      
      
      3. Ordinance #1595
         Authorizing the PA Department of Revenue to determine, re-determine, assess, collect and enforce any and all delinquencies or underpayments in the payment of the Realty Transfer Tax of the Borough.
      
      
      4. Ordinance #1596
         Establishing Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-One and 00/100 Dollars ($16,251.00) in connection with requirements for contracts pursuant to Section 1501 of the Home Rule Charter and in connection with those contracts that do not require competitive bidding pursuant to Section 1504.4 of the Home Rule Charter.
      
      
   2. PLANNING & ZONING - Mr. Schenck
      1. SD-02-07
         Applicant, TPG Associates, requesting Council approval for a subdivision of parcels that include portions of properties located at 339 Mansfield Avenue and 333 Mansfield Avenue.
