   Applicant, Direct Sites, 495 Mansfield Avenue, requesting approval for the construction of a fenced-in, secure truck loading area and reconfiguration of the parking lot adjacent to the west side of the building. (Note: A variance for installation of the proposed fence on the side of the building has been granted by the Zoning Hearing Board.)
