          An ordinance of the Borough of Green Tree, Allegheny County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, adopted under 53 PA.C.S.A., Section 2303, authorizing entry into an intergovernmental cooperative agreement with the Borough of Dormont for street sweeper usage.

          Authorizing the execution of a lease agreement by and between the Borough of Green Tree and the Keystone Oaks School District under which certain premises owned by the Keystone Oaks School District will be leased for a period of twenty-five (25) years to the Borough of Green Tree, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the said lease agreement.

Ratify the actions of the Borough Manager in paying the March 2007 Payroll Account totaling $144,570.45, Fund - EFT Utility Payments totaling $23,430.65, Educational Service Agency totaling $4,128.40, Purchasing Card totaling $740.30, Health Care Fund totaling $693.19, and other bills on the bill sheet totaling $193,271.58.
