        Applicant, Gary Alward, requesting recommendation from Council for the approval of the Smith & Alward Subdivision Plan on West Manilla Avenue.

      2. Ordinance #1602
        An ordinance amending Part Twelve, Title Six, of the Planning & Zoning Code to create a new Chapter 1279 to provide for Planned Residential Developments as an authorized use in the Commercial B-1 Zoning District.

    4. STREETS & PUBLIC HEALTH - Dr. Kirsch
      1. Authorize Borough Manager to extend contract with Casper Colosimo & Sons for sanitary sewer repairs for an additional year at an upward adjusted rate of 4%.

      2. Authorize Manager to renew Salt Contract for 2008 through Cargill, Inc. under SHACOG Purchasing Alliance.

      3. Bid Award: Sidewalk Replacement on easterly side of Greentree Road from Pocono to McMonagle - Michael Facchiano Contracting, Inc. - $147,395.00.

      4. Recommendation from Borough Engineer on streets to be included in the 2008 Paving Program.

      1. Ratify the actions of the Borough Manager in paying the APRIL 2008 General Fund - EFT Utility Payments totaling $24,841.25, Payroll Account totaling $230,027.92, Educational Service Agency totaling $6,491.33, Health Care Fund totaling $1,500.00, Capital Projects Fund Totaling $147.78, Purchasing Card totaling $4,759.36, 2002 Sanitary Sewer Bond totaling $2,750.00 and other bills on the bill sheet totaling $44,240.23.

      2. Approve payment of MAY 2008 invoices from the General Fund totaling $80,299.87, and Capital Projects Fund totaling $33,224.98.

      3. Resolution #1097
        Establishing fees for the 2008 Summer Recreation Program and use of the Wilson Park Swimming Pool for the 2008 season.

      4. Resolution #1098
        Opposing county-wide collection of Earned Income Tax.

      5. Instruct Borough Manager to opt-into Allegheny County's Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
