An ordinance amending Part Twelve, Title Six, of the Planning & Zoning Code to create a new Chapter 1279 to provide for Planned Residential Developments as an authorized use in the Commercial B-1 Zoning District.

- Ratify the actions of the Borough Manager in paying the APRIL 2008 General Fund - EFT Utility Payments totaling $24,841.25, Payroll Account totaling $230,027.92, Educational Service Agency totaling $6,491.33, Health Care Fund totaling $1,500.00, Capital Projects Fund Totaling $147.78, Purchasing Card totaling $4,759.36, 2002 Sanitary Sewer Bond totaling $2,750.00 and other bills on the bill sheet totaling $44,240.23.
- Approve payment of MAY 2008 invoices from the General Fund totaling $80,299.87, and Capital Projects Fund totaling $33,224.98.
