   1. Continuation of June 4, 2007 Public Hearing to consider vacating a portion of a public roadways known as Old Mansfield Avenue.
   
   
   2. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an ordinance amending Chapter #1280 of Title Six, Part Twelve of the Planning & Zoning Code by allowing outdoor dining areas as an accessory and by setting forth the location and conditions under which said outdoor dining areas are permitted.

      2. Authorize the proper officers to enter into contract with Custom Door Systems, Inc. in the amount of $5,426.00 for the ADA Rear Entrance to the Municipal Center.

Ratify the actions of the Borough Manager in paying the June 2007 Payroll Account totaling $186,877.95, Fund-EFT Utility Payments totaling $22,353.84, Educational Service Agency totaling $2,147.55, Purchasing Card totaling $581.95, Health Care Fund totaling $103.09, Fire Department Apparatus totaling $2,943.00 and other bills on the bill sheet totaling $36,852.22.
      
      
      2. Approve payment of the July 2007 invoices from the 2002 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund totaling $42,799.91, Capital Projects Fund Totaling $15,547.71 and General Fund totaling $86,506.33.
