   The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an ordinance repealing Chapter 890 of Title Four, entitled Emergency and Municipal Services Tax of the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Green Tree and adopting a new Chapter 890 of Title Four, Part Eight, entitled Local Services Tax.
