         Authorizing the execution of a Cable Franchise Agreement between the Borough and Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc.

         Fixing the real estate tax rate for the fiscal year of 2008 and providing for discount and penalties as authorized by law.

         Amending Ordinance #1556 setting annual rate of pay and establishing the hourly rate of pay for the Finance Director and Deputy Real Estate Tax Collector, Executive Assistant to the Manager, Senior Administrative Assistant, Full Time Secretary in the Administrative Department, the Engineering Technician-Assistant Code Enforcement Officer, Sanitary Sewer Technician/Inspector and the Police Department Administrative Assistant.

         Fixing the annual salaries of certain Borough employees of the Green Tree Public Library and setting the terms and conditions for funding from the Allegheny County Library Association (ACLA) for the calendar year of 2008.

         An ordinance of the Borough of Green Tree fixing the annual salaries of certain employees and appointees of the Borough of Green Tree and establishing hourly rates of certain employees of the Borough of Green Tree for the year 2008 and subsequent years unless otherwise changed by Borough Council.

         An ordinance of the Borough of Green Tree, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, reappointing Louis Casadei as the Borough Engineer and Code Enforcement Officer and setting the terms and conditions of employment for the year 2008 and continuing thereafter, unless otherwise changed by Council of the Borough of Green Tree.

          Authorizing the issuance of a Tax Anticipation Note for the year 2008 on a principal amount of $1,000,000.
      
      
      11. Ordinance #1593
          Amending Ordinance No. 1542 adopted December 5, 2005 increasing the Sanitary Sewer User Fee/Surcharge from $2.00 per one thousand gallons of water to $2.50 per one thousand gallons of water effective April 1, 2008 and by approving the rates previously set by Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) by resolution adopted November 6, 2007, effective January 1, 2008.
