      2. Approve payment of December 2009 invoices from the General Fund totaling $420,751.34. Capital Projects totaling $3,806.61 and 2002/2009 Sanitary Sewer Bond totaling $25,835.75.

        Designating Borough Manager to execute Electronic Access Licensing Agreement with PA Department of Transportation for on-line reporting to file required Liquid Fuels Forms.

        Adopting the Budget for the year 2010 pursuant to Section 501 of the Home Rule Charter of the Borough of Green Tree.

        Fixing the real estate tax rate for the fiscal year of 2010 and providing for discount and penalties as authorized by law.
