   Applicant, TPG Associates, requesting recommendation to Council for a subdivision parcels that include portions of properties located at 339 Mansfield Avenue and 333 Mansfield Avenue.
   (This subdivision was recommended by Planning Commission to Council on July 25, 2007 and approved by Council on August 5, 2007. Applicant is seeking re-approval because the plan was not recorded within the time period allowed by the Municipal Planning Code.)
   
7. SP-03-07
   Applicant, Direct Sites, requesting site plan approval for the construction of a truck dock on the existing building located at 495 Mansfield Avenue.
