To help facilitate the issuance of the following permits, you may download the following forms, complete them at your convenience, and submit them to the Green Tree Borough Office, 10 West Manilla Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15220 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Fees will be determined at the time of issuance of the permit.
