The Borough of Green Tree has established a specific procedure by ordinance for the release of public records based on the new Right to Know Law established by the state of Pennsylvania. A copy of the ordinance with policy may be found by clicking on the link below. A copy of the Borough's Public Record Request Form is also linked below. Both are PDF files which may be downloaded and printed. You must have a PDF file viewer, such as Adobe Reader, to view the contents of each document. Click here to download Adobe Reader if needed. Requests for public records must be submitted either on the uniform form adopted by the Office of Open Records or the form adopted and approved by the Borough of Green Tree and either mailed or hand delivered to the Right-to-Know Officer during business hours.
